Audit the current experience
Map the real member journeys, offers, apps, identity, billing, content, access rules, support flows, owners, and data before choosing the build architecture.
Sandi Projects
Owned member app + current priorities
Overall direction
Skool is off the plan. The owned app is back, Stocks belongs in Discord only, and the new webinar is parked until the next discussion.
How the owned app takes shape
Protect the current member experience while mapping the real systems, building one complete slice, and moving only after it is verified.
Map the real member journeys, offers, apps, identity, billing, content, access rules, support flows, owners, and data before choosing the build architecture.
Define the first member experience, navigation, content structure, account model, connected tools, and the boundary between the health app and the separate Stocks Discord.
Implement one end-to-end member journey with real sign-in, access, content, support, analytics, and owner workflows before expanding the app.
Test with representative members, close access and usability gaps, communicate the transition, measure adoption, and retire legacy surfaces deliberately.
Now
Work that is moving right now
Build an owned members-only app that gives Sandi’s members one clear home for their programs, classes, resources, community experience, account access, and connected tools.
The approved first member journey works in Sandi’s owned app with clear access, content, navigation, support, measurement, and a deliberate transition from the current membership experience.
Finish and release the newer Grok-based Sandi AI, complete the cutover from Delphi, and connect it clearly to the owned member experience.
Release QA passes, the production cutover is complete, members can use the Grok version, support has transition guidance, and the Delphi path is deliberately retired or redirected.
Use AI-assisted triage, reliable routing, clear escalation, and better operating systems so important customer requests consistently reach the right person.
Important request types are tested end to end, AI actions are auditable, escalations reach an accountable owner, and failures are measured and reviewed.
Next
Ready when current focus opens up
Give members one predictable way to begin signing in across Sandi’s apps, with the owned members-only app serving as the clearest entry point wherever practical.
One member-facing entry path and set of instructions are defined, identity and access dependencies are mapped, and representative users can reach every intended app without confusion.
Move the Stocks community into a dedicated Discord home, keeping it separate from Sandi’s owned health-membership app.
The Discord structure, roles, moderation, member migration, communication, and support ownership are ready and current Stocks members can transition successfully.
Publish a useful free library of Sandi-approved health guides and offers that gives visitors a clear reason to join the email list and a path toward the owned member experience.
The first approved guides and offers are live behind a clear opt-in, delivery and follow-up work, and list growth and engagement are tracked.
Evaluate AI-assisted editing workflows that can turn Sandi’s existing video classes into accurate, useful short-form posts for consistent publishing.
A representative class is processed through shortlisted tools, Sandi approves the output quality, and a repeatable review-and-publishing workflow is selected.
Decide
Waiting for a clear choice or direction
Later
Important, but intentionally deferred
Keep the new webinar on the roadmap, but wait to define its topic, offer, price, timing, hosting, and campaign until Jeremiah and Sandi discuss it later.
Jeremiah and Sandi hold the follow-up discussion and approve the webinar’s topic, offer, pricing, timing, host, funnel, presentation, follow-up, and measurement before production begins.
Bring the Women’s membership into a clear Skool structure so members have one understandable place for community, learning, resources, and next steps.
Shape a separate men’s experience with its own look, a six-month program, monthly speakers, and access to the shared AI and platform foundation.
Decide what Sandi and A Real Change can offer with these partners now, what may become possible later, and which opportunity is worth pursuing first.
Recovery confidence
The exact JSON survived in the MacBook Air’s Codex browser storage. The visible board now follows Sandi’s owned-app and Discord decisions; Skool and two older projects remain recoverable in the canceled archive.
Recent changes
Replaced Skool with Sandi’s owned members-only app, confirmed Discord for Stocks, and moved the new webinar to Later.
Simplified the detailed board into 9 big-picture projects.
